Mirza International has acquired ‘Genesis Brands UG’ in Germany and it became a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company. The objective of acquisition is to carry on the retail marketing and e-commerce business of Footwear.

Genesis Brands UG is incorporated on July 22, 2025. The company is newly incorporated and yet to commence business.

Mirza International is India’s leading leather footwear manufacturer, marketer and exporter by its Solid infrastructure, Consumer-focused approach and Omni-channel marketing.
