Mirza International has acquired ‘Genesis Brands UG’ in Germany and it became a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company. The objective of acquisition is to carry on the retail marketing and e-commerce business of Footwear.
Genesis Brands UG is incorporated on July 22, 2025. The company is newly incorporated and yet to commence business.
