Ceigall India has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), namely, Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park on February 13, 2026. The entity is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated to undertake the project awarded vide Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 9, 2026 from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar for the development of Unit 1 (with the capacity of 220 MW) at Morena Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh.
