Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), NCC has informed about the sad demise of N Bangar Raju, Sr. EVP (Commercial) - Senior Management Personnel, on 15th February 2026. Bangar Raju was associated with the Company for over three decades as an integral member of the leadership team, and his sudden demise is an irreparable loss to the Company. In this regard the details as required under SEBI Master Circular on the Listing Regulations, is enclosed as Annexure A.
