Keerthi Industries has informed that the Company has received a Legal Notice dated 16th February, 2026 received on 19th February, 2026 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 from J P Associates (a regular coal supplier) regarding alleged dishonour of cheques amounting to Rs. 2,30,93,037. This issue has arisen due to the surrender of working capital requirements with Axis Bank. The company is in discussions with the vendor to withdraw the notice and any update on this development will be intimated in due course of time. Details pertaining to Schedule III of the Listing Regulations are enclosed under ‘Annexure I ’.
