Shiva Cement’s Khatkurbahal limestone mines in Orrisa has been awarded first prize in ‘Best General Working’ and ‘Best Overall Performance’ on the occasion of 49th Mines Safety Week Celebration - 2011, Chaibasa Region under Directorate General of Mines Safety, Ministry of Labour, Government of India.

Recently, the company had also been rated among 'Top 400' Small Cap Companies for the year 2011 by Dalal Street Investment Journal as per their recent publication (sixth edition).

Shiva Cement is engaged in manufacturing of cement and allied products. Its plants are located at Kalunga and Sundargarh in Orissa. The company has a combined installed capacity of 177,000 tonnes per annum.
