Yes Bank inks MoU with The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs

Yes Bank, the country’s fourth largest private sector bank, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). The MoU was signed in the presence of Corporate Affairs Minister Sachin Pilot, who also visited the IICA campus in Manesar near New Delhi.

IICA has also inked MoU with Indian School of Business (ISB), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) and The Energy and Research Institute (TERI).

The IICA, an autonomous institute functioning under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, research serves as a knowledge-centre for policy makers, regulators and other stakeholders. It also works as an academy for the Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) officers.
