QGO Finance raises Rs 5 crore through NCDs

QGO Finance has raised Rs 5 crore through the allotment of 500 Transferable Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each on a Private Placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 9 years and carry coupon rate of 12% per annum payable monthly. The majority of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 13, 2026 have approved the same.

QGO Finance is an NBFC, registered with RBI whose business and motive is to build and provide financial services with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism to clients without accepting deposits from the general public.
