Brigade Group’s managed workspace provider BuzzWorks has strengthened its presence in Hyderabad by leasing 550 seats in its Mindspace Business Park, Hyderabad premises to Dublin based MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a globally recognised regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance technology company. This is MCO’s largest office space in India. With this signing, BuzzWorks total leased office space in Hyderabad currently stands at 1.1 lakh square feet.
The new office at BuzzWorks Mindspace Business Park will house MCO’s core functions including Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success and Global Operations, and AI-enabled Compliance Technology initiatives, functions that are central to MCO’s global delivery model.
Brigade Enterprises, a flagship company of Brigade Group, is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
