All the Directors, designated employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in shares and securities of the company during this closure of Trading Window period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited financial results of the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026, shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
