Hisar Metal Industries has informed that in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ formulated by the Board of Directors thereunder, the notional trading window will remain closed, from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 during which Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are desisted from trading in securities of the Company.
