Innovision has debuted at Rs 466.00 on the BSE, down by 53 points or 10.21% from its issue price of Rs 519.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 382.00, down by 137 points or 26.39% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 468.60 and Rs. 378.35 respectively. So far 2.87 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between March 10, 2026 and March 17, 2026 was subscribed 3.46 times. The IPO was earlier scheduled to close on March 12.
The issue price was fixed at Rs 519 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 494-519 apiece. The company has revised the price band from earlier Rs 521-548 per share.
The company extended the closing date of its initial share sale and had also reduced the price band, following a lukewarm response from investors.
Innovision is in the business of providing manpower services, toll plaza management and skill development training to its clients across India.
