Uday Jewellery Industries has informed that pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the clarification given by BSE vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026 for the Designated/ Connected Persons as per the Code. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons as per the Company’s amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
