Raymond Realty has reported over 2-fold jump in Pre-sales to Rs 1,519 crore (provisional) in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025-26 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 636 crore in Q4FY25. This trajectory was fueled by a series of high-decibel launches and sustained sales velocity across the MMR-specifically within the Ten X District 9 (Thane), Park Street (Thane), The Address by GS (Thane) (Wadala) & (Sion), and the ultra-luxury Invictus by GS in BKC. Its collections stood at Rs 515 crore (provisional) in Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 496 crore in Q4FY25, up by 4%.
In FY26, the company's Pre-sales stood at Rs 3,023 crore (provisional) as against Rs 2,314 crore in FY25, up by 31%. However, its collections declined 9% to Rs 1725 crore (provisional) in FY26 as compared to Rs 1,887 crore in FY25.
