Further, the company has confirmed that the debt securities issued vide ISIN Numbers INE646H08012 and INE646H08020 by the Bank (Listed on BSE) are in dematerialzation form only, and apart from that there was no other request received from the depository participants for dematerialization for above said securities during the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company has further confirmed that the debt securities issued vide ISIN Numbers INE646H08012 and INE646H08020 by the Bank (Listed on BSE) were redeemed pursuant to the exercise of Call option (early maturity on March 31, 2026 and March 30, 2026 respectively).
