Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 1,620 crore in the year-ago period. The pre-sales during Q3FY26 stood at Rs 2,020 crore. In FY26, the company’s pre-sales stood at Rs 8,220 crore.
The company sold 368 homes in January-March 2026 compared to 591 units in the year-ago period. During Q4FY26, the company’s collections stood at Rs 910 crore.
