Linc has made further investment of around Rs 5.61 crore in M/s Morris Linc, a subsidiary company, for allotment of 56,05,235 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at par. The proceeds from the further issue of shares will be utilised by Morris Linc towards capital expenditure and working capital.
Besides, Morris Co. has also contributed around Rs 5.60 crore towards their contribution to Equity of Morris Linc.
Linc is engaged in manufacturing and dealing in all types of writing instruments and other plastic moulded goods.
