Sterling and Wilson zooms after declaring as L1 bidder for Solar PV Project in Rajasthan

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is currently trading at Rs. 221.90, up by 27.60 points or 14.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 194.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 223.45 and Rs. 189.60 respectively. So far 1089539 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 348.90 on 12-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 148.30 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 223.45 and Rs. 173.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5191.41 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.17% and 44.1 % respectively.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has been declared as L1 bidder in a tender of Coal India for a turn-key EPC package for development of a 875 MW (AC) grid connected Solar PV Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. The total value of contract including O&M and taxes is around Rs 3,490 crore.

Additionally, the company has secured an order for a 50 MW AC project in Maharashtra, India from a leading Indian Private IPP. With these new order wins, the total value of EPC order inflow in FY26 has exceeded Rs 10,062 crore.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is engaged in the business of construction and maintenance of power plants. The company's products and services range include Contract activities and Operation Services.
