Norges Bank has reportedly acquired 22.70 lakh shares or 1.16% stake in IL&FS Transportation Networks for about Rs 24.31 crore. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 107 through the open market route.
Meanwhile, GS Strategic Investments has offloaded 25.80 Lakh shares or 1.32% stake of IL&FS Transportation for about Rs 27.62 crore. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 107.01 through the open market route.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
