Apcotex Industries has completed the acquisition of 33,75,000 (5.12%) equity shares of Opera Vayu (Narmada) for a total value of Rs 3.37 crore on April 23, 2026. The objective of the acquisition is captive consumption of hybrid power generated by Opera Vayu (Narmada).
Opera Vayu (Narmada) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shivman Wind Energy.
