Adani Total Gas reports 9% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

Adani Total Gas has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 4.32% rise in its net profit at Rs 155.84 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 149.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 16.46% at Rs 1696.39 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1456.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 8.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 168.34 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 154.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 16.76% at Rs 1706.67 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1461.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 1.71% fall in its net profit at Rs 636.88 crore as compared to Rs 648.02 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company has increased by 18.11% at Rs 6,415.04 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,431.56 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 0.20% rise in its net profit at Rs 655.72 crore as compared to Rs 654.41 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 18.45% at Rs 6446.40 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5442.48 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
