Jindal Saw reports 52% drop in Q4 consolidated net profit

Jindal Saw has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 75.97% drop in its net profit at Rs 113.98 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 474.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has decreased by 13.43% at Rs 3,851.70 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 4,449.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 52.13% drop in its net profit at Rs 139.43 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 291.28 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 8.10% at Rs 4,656.85 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 5,067.48 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 58.18% drop in its net profit at Rs 783.98 crore as compared to Rs 1,874.47 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has decreased by 18.89% at Rs 14,744.53 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 18,177.70 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 44.01% fall in its net profit at Rs 973.35 crore as compared to Rs 1,738.37 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 14.14% at Rs 17,986.86 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 20,947.84 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
