The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid by September 12, 2026; Convening of 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Thursday, the August 14, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means.
