To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended as on March 31, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. To consider Recommendation of Dividend, if any, and 3. Any other business that may deem necessary with the permission of the Chair. Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from April 01, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results made public.
