Aarti Industries has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 48.48% jump in its net profit at Rs 147.00 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 99.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 22.26% at Rs 2,439.00 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,995.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 42.71% jump in its net profit at Rs 137.00 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 96.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 12.96% at Rs 2,205.00 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,952.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 24.12% rise in its net profit at Rs 422.00 crore as compared to Rs 340.00 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 15.09% at Rs 8,430.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,325.00 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 26.59% rise in its net profit at Rs 419.00 crore as compared to Rs 331.00 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 13.78% at Rs 8,291.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,287.00 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
