Vikran Engineering has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Vikran Renewable’ (VRPL) on May 04, 2026. VRPL is incorporated to undertake integrated renewable energy projects, including solar and other sources, along with power generation and related EPC and infrastructure activities, directly or through structured arrangements. VRPL shall also act as a holding company and may promote, incorporate, acquire, invest in, and hold interests in subsidiaries, joint ventures or associate companies engaged in renewable energy or related businesses.
Vikran Engineering is an EPC Company offering a wide range of integrated end to end services including infrastructures project, power transmission and distribution, Extra High Voltage (EHV) substation and water infrastructure including design, supply, civil works, construction, testing and commissioning.
