Chalet Hotels has completed the acquisition of 100% of the Equity Share Capital of Seasons Hotels. Consequently, the said entity has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition is in line with the company’s expansion strategy to diversify the portfolio to include leisure properties spanning different geographies.

Chalet Hotels (CHL), is an owner, developer and asset manager of high-end hotels in key metro cities in India.
