Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereof, GK Energy has informed that the company has received a Letter of Empanelment (LoE) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for 15,000 Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) pumps of 3 HP, 5 HP, 7.5 HP for the entire state of Maharashtra under Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana. The total value of the 15,000 pumps is Rs. 353.89 Crores (inclusive of GST) which is to be executed within 60 days from the issuance of work order/NTP. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
