Manorama Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Listing Regulations, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Manorama Industries is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 to consider the following: 1) Approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31. 2026 along with the Auditor’s Report; 2) Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26. In reference to Trading Window Closure intimation dated March 25, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons shall remain closed up to 48 hours post declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly. the trading window shall reopen from Wednesday, May 13, 2026, post 48 hours on declaration of the said financial results.
