Adani Green Energy’s subsidiary—Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four (ARE64L) has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, ARE64L Step-One Renewable Energy (ARE64S1L) and ARE64L Step-Two Renewable Energy (ARE64S2L) on May 07, 2026 (Certificate of Incorporation received on May 07, 2026).
