Wonderla Holidays has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, approved the reappointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Firm Registration No. 008072S, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Members.
