With reference to email dated May 08, 2026 bearing reference no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SG/ 2026-2027/81 regarding the movement in the volume of security, Renaissance Global has submitted that the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has not withheld any material information or event which, in our opinion, would have a bearing on the volume behaviour of the Company’s scrip. All relevant Information/Announcement have already been disclosed to the Stock Exchange for public dissemination and no announcement /disclosure is pending with them, which may have effect on movement of volume of the RGL scrip. They assured that there is no price sensitive information / event withheld by the Company.
