Welspun Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Welspun Pune Shirur Projects’ on May 09, 2026. The new entity has been incorporated to carry out the project related to construction of 6-Lane Partially Elevated Highway Corridor along with improvement of existing road from Km. 10+600 to Km. 64+000 (Section Pune to Shirur of NH-753F - Minimum Design Length 53.40 Km) in the State of Maharashtra on DFBOT (Toll) Mode (Project). The new entity belongs to infrastructure / construction services industry.
