Krishna Institute moves up on inking pact to take 2 acres of land on lease in Andhra Pradesh

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences is currently trading at Rs. 723.95, up by 6.40 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 717.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 720.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 725.00 and Rs. 709.95 respectively. So far 477 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 798.00 on 24-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 575.55 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 725.00 and Rs. 644.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 28711.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.96% and 18.93% respectively.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has entered into an agreement to lease to take 2 acres of land on lease in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, for a period of 60 years from Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) for the development of a new state-of-the-art 500 bedded multi-speciality hospital.

The proposed multi-speciality hospital will offer comprehensive tertiary and quaternary care across cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, mother & child care, critical care, organ transplant and other key specialties, addressing a long-standing need for advanced healthcare infrastructure in the region. Patients in Amaravati and surrounding districts of Andhra Pradesh will gain access to high-end clinical capabilities without travelling to other metros.
