ACME Solar Holdings has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘ACME Greentech Twenty One’, on May 11, 2026. WOS has been incorporated with an objective to undertake businesses relating to development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
Earlier, the company had incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries named ACME Greentech Twenty, ACME Greentech Twenty Two, ACME Greentech Twenty Three, and ACME Greentech Twenty Four, on May 9, 2026.
