Vibhor Steel Tubes has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 20th May 2026, to consider and approve: • The Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year Ended 31st March 2026, along with the Reports of Auditors thereon and. • Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation of its letter dated 23rd March 2026, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company’s Securities was closed for all Directors/Designated Employees and its connected persons from the opening of the trading hours on Tuesday, 1st April, 2026, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 22nd May, 2026 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after conclusion of the Board meeting as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
