Nephrocare Health Services’ step-down wholly-owned subsidiary -- Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement (ATA) with Orani Hemodialysis Center Inc. (Orani). The agreement is for the acquisition of identified assets relating to a dialysis center located at Orani, Bataan, Philippines, for a total consideration of 89.60 million Peso, subject to the terms and conditions set out therein.

Nephrocare Health Services offers comprehensive dialysis care through its network of clinics - from diagnosis to treatment and wellness programs including haemodialysis, home and mobile dialysis, supported by pharmacy.
