Tata Power Company’s consolidated net profit declines 4.5% in Q4FY26

Tata Power Company has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 18.41% fall in its net profit at Rs 333.79 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 409.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 49.37% at Rs 3,125.13 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 6,172.39 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 4.50% fall in its net profit at Rs 995.91 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1042.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 11.41% at Rs 15,455.48 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 17,446.95 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 64.10% fall in its net profit at Rs 1,124.66 crore as compared to Rs 3,132.68 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 39.36% at Rs 15,067.69 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 24,848.91 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 5.64% fall in its net profit at Rs 3,747.19 crore as compared to Rs 3,971.00 crore for the previous year. total income of the company decreased by 4.21% at Rs 64,171.66 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 66,992.17 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
