Star Imaging and Path Lab has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 22nd May, 2026, at the registered office of the Company, to consider and approve Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the half and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in continuation to intimation letter dated Friday, 27 March 2026, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, and in accordance with the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed from Wednesday, 01 April 2026 for all the directors, KMP’s, designated persons, employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
