Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of the Listing Regulations, Fiem Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 25, 2026, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 and to consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26. In this regard, it has further informed that in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives’ (‘Code of Conduct-PIT’), the ‘Trading Window’ which was closed from April 01, 2026, vide intimation dated March 24, 2026, will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results on May 25, 2026.
