Further, in continuation of its letter dated 27th March, 2026 regarding closure of trading window in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close till 28th May, 2026 i.e. forty eight hours after the date of Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 26th day of May, 2026.
