With reference to the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 submitted by the Company on 05th May, 2026 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to the observation received from the Exchange regarding non-submission of declaration pertaining to unmodified opinion in the Auditor’s Report, Premier Energy and Infrastructure has submitted the revised disclosure along with the requisite declaration. As required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, it has declared that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, N. Raghavan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, have issued an Audit Report with an unmodified opinion on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Further it has enclosed the following as well: i) Statement showing the Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026; ii) Independent Auditor’s Report from N. Raghavan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors on the above audited financial results.
