ITC Hotels has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.
The company has reported 14.11% rise in its net profit at Rs 281.35 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 246.55 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 2.12% at Rs 1074.31 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1097.61 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 34.35% rise in its net profit at Rs 315.89 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 235.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 2.04% at Rs 1306.45 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1280.28 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 18.74% rise in its net profit at Rs 829.26 crore as compared to Rs 698.41 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.83% at Rs 3760.51 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3332.99 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 28.73% rise in its net profit at Rs 816.89 crore as compared to Rs 634.57 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 19.45% at Rs 4331.34 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3626.11 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
