In continuation to the Notice of the Board meeting dated 12th May 2026, Celebrity Fashions has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, 16th May 2026 has consider and approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026: Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026, along with the Auditors report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The company has confirmed and declared that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, i.e. SRSV & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, have issued the audit report on Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 with unmodified opinion. 2. Re-appointment of R V K S and Associates, Chartered Accountants Internal Auditors: Based on the recommendation of the Audit committee, the Board has approved the re-appointment of R V K S and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Internal auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given as Annexure -A. The Board meeting commenced at 10:15 am and concluded at 11:40 am.
