Sobha Developers has reported results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The company has reported 26.16% rise in its net profit at Rs 51.60 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 40.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 35.49% at Rs 536.40 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 395.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.
On the consolidated basis, the group has registered a growth of 12.97% in net profit at Rs 56.60 crore as compared to Rs 50.10 crore in the same quarter previous year. Total income of the group rose 30.83% to Rs 544.50 crore for quarter under review as against Rs 416.20 crore in corresponding quarter previous year.
