Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Kalyani Steels has informed that the Second Term of office of Shrikrishna K. Adivarekar (DIN 06928271 and IDDB Registration No.IDDB-DI-202002-012411), as an Independent Director of the Company, has been completed on May 17, 2026 and accordingly Adivarekar has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from May 18, 2026. The members at their Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting held on August 1, 2022, had approved the re-appointment of Adivarekar for a Second Term of 3 consecutive years with effect from May 18, 2023 to May 17, 2026. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are annexed as Annexure 'A’.
