Further to intimation letter dated 16th May, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dollar Industries has informed that there has been a revision in the invitation link of the Conference Call viz. ‘Earnings Call’ for the Analyst(s)/ Institutional Investor(s), scheduled to be held on Monday, 25th May, 2026 at 4:00 pm (IST), as organized by Anand Rathi Research, to discuss the financial performance of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 and/or other matters as may be decided by the Board in its meeting scheduled to be held on 23rd May, 2026. The revised invitation of the aforesaid Earnings Call is enclosed. Further noted that the schedule of the aforesaid Earnings Call is subject to change. The changes might happen due to exigencies on the part of the Company/ Investor(s)/ Analyst(s).
