In this regard, it has enclosed, as Annexure, the statement confirming that there was no deviation or variation in the utilisation of the aforesaid proceeds for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, from the objects stated in the Letter of Offer, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated December 24, 2019.
