Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Loyal Textile Mills has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Loyal Textile Mills Limited is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2026 to:- i. approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 ii. approve and take on record the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company under Ind AS for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its ‘designated persons’ regarding the Closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares from 1st April, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
