Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Chemfab Alkalis has informed that the Company has invested a sum of Rs 14,90,99,985.30 in Zenataris Renewable Energy on 19th May, 2026 towards subscription of 3.35% equity shares of Rs 66.10 each under group captive mechanism. This investment will result in a lower tariff and consequent cost savings. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as amended from time to time, are given in Annexure - I.
