Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, GRE Renew Enertech has submitted the details of orders received by the Company during the period from 1st May 2026 to 15th May 2026 as part of its regular business update. During the said period, the Company has received order(s) aggregating to ?81,72,197 in the ordinary course of its business operations. The order(s) primarily comprise rooftop solar installations and/or ground-mounted solar power projects, to be executed on an EPC turnkey basis.
